NPCs are staffs of the restaurant. There are 11 NPCs in total, in which 6 are purchaseable, and 4 are free.

They give various boosts for the restaurant:

Customers
Customers are the restaurant’s main source of income.

Types [ ]
There are two types of customers: normal customers (which is persuaded with cash) and elite customers (which is persuaded with green essence).
Normal customers [ ]
Persuading [ ]
To make the customers eat in the restaurant, first, the player must persuade them through the BADPIE. All of them have different persuading costs, and the persuading cost of each Customers also varies within a range.
Strolling [ ]
After being persuaded or finishing meals, the Customers will go for a stroll for purchasing their meals.
Eating [ ]
After purchasing their meals, the Customers will start eating. All Customers have different dietary needs, and need different time to finish their meals.
Digesting [ ]
The player can help the Customers digest faster (or shorten their eating time) by tapping on them, then repeatedly tapping the ‘Digest’ button.
Starving [ ]
When the Customers can’t buy their corresponding meals, they will get starved, wander around and negative self-talk.
Self-talking [ ]
Customers occasionally have a speech bubble above their heads, indicate that they are self-talking. Customers self-talk when:

Persuading [ ]
Similar to normal customers, the player can persuade them through the BADPIE. All of them can be persuaded with 10 essence each.
Action [ ]
All of elite customers have similar actions to normal customer, including strolling, eating, digesting, starving and self-talking.

Each elite customers have a random special effect. The effects include but not limited to:
Appearance [ ]
Each elite customers look like their normal customer counterparts, but with different color scheme and slightly different design.
Service Counter
Service Counter
Service Counters are a part of the restaurant.
The Service Counter is used to serve Customers their food.
Each Service Counter comes with a production line with 5 slots to build Food machines.
Food provided at each Service Counter is determined by the Food Machines built in its production line.

Unlocking Requirements [ ]
The player are given 1 Service Counter at the start of the game. They can have more Service Counters, up to a total of 8 Service Counters, by renovating the restaurant through the Restaurant Upgrade statue.
Unlocking machine slots [ ]
To put a Service Counter in use, the player must unlock the machine slots that come with it first.

Bonus serving speed [ ]
Each time the player upgrade the Restaurant Upgrade, the Service Counters get a little faster at serving food.
Marketing Parade
Marketing Parade is a mini-game.
It is accessed through the left side of the restaurant’s front door.
How to play [ ]
There is a board similar to that of a Monopoly game. The player controls a token that can move inside the blocks. The player can move the token by rolling the dice at the bottom right of the screen, and the token will move forward (counter-clock wise) the rolled number of steps.
The player can only have a certain amount of dice-rolling each game. The amount depends on which Marketing level the player chose each game.
